[PATCH v2 1/5] drm/amdgpu: update the handle ptr in early_init

Sure Christian.

Changes related to dummy functions i was planning to remove in a 
separate patch as there are many empty functions.
Also related to using the local variable ip_block also i am planning to 
take in one separate commit as it impacts all the functions where these 
changes are being done.
