                      Deactivate SW interrupt fallback when all emited
                      fences are completed.<br>
                      Also switch interrupt SW fallback message from
                      INFO to WARN.<br>

                      v2: shorten the warnign message a bit and only
                      re-activate the timer during<br>
                      processing if it was already activated before.<br>
