Android emulator opengl tracing

I have very little direct experience with Android myself. And note
that although that LunarG open-sourced OpenGL ES support for Apitrace,
they did not open-source the Android support used in their LunarReplay
technology used to produce that video. So, if you can't figure a way
to get apitrace to work as you want yourself, then your best bet is
for you to approach LunarG and try to work something out with them.
Sorry I can't be of further help here.
