[PATCH] egltrace/android: Fix tracing Zygote processes (v2)

All fixes have been pushed.

I did a few more cleanup/fixing in getProcessName, as some code paths were
exiting early without calling truncate, which could leave the string
inconsistent.

Let me know if there are any outstanding concerns.

Should we put back trimDirectory() call in Android's isTracingEnabled(), or
is everybody confident that there is no way path will creep into the
child's /proc/self/cmdline.
