cannot setprop on Samsung Galaxy S4

hi ,everyone
 
I want to use apitrace on my Samsung Galaxy S4 ,but failed to setprop . I cannot understand why,please help me with this:
 
Following Dalvik.markdown, I pushed egltrace.so to /data and set PROCNAME,but failed to setprop,anyone knows the reason?
 

Any suggestions will be appreciated.Thank you !
