Intent does not match any activities

Hi
I try to use apitrace to trace the Android OpenGL-ES library.
The apitrace was buit according to INSTALL.markdown. And I followed the
guide for Android in Dalvik to trace the com.android.settings, which does
exist in my phone (SAMSUNG S4).
Every thing is OK, but when "adb shell am start -S $PROCNAME" executes, the
following errors appears:

Error: Intent does not match any activities: Intent {
act=android.intent.action.MAIN cat=[android.category.LAUNCHER]
pkg=com.android.settings}

Has anyone met the similar problem? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
