apitrace on qnx: retrace on target not proper

I can't help with the particular issue, as there's not enough info and I'm
not familiar with QNX.

However, I presume your Linux target (desktop?) OpenGL implementation is
more capable than QNX's target (embedded?), therefore if the application
being traced uses features that are missing in QNX it would lead to
incorrect rendering.  I'd expect to see some GL errors reported by
glretrace in that case.
