Cross-Compiling for ARM / Aarch64?

Greetings,

is it possible to compile apitrace for arm/Aarch64? I have a cross-compiler toolchain here for my Linux desktop with an own gcc, libc etc.. Which file would I have to modify to generate the correct makefiles?
