[AppStream] Scaling info for icons in AppStream: scale / scaled / scaling_factor

Hi!

I want to adress https://github.com/ximion/appstream/issues/21 in
AppStream 0.11.
We will pretty much follow the icon theme spec there, so adding it is
a no-brainer in that regard.
The <icon/> tag needs to grow a new property to hold the scaling
factor though, and I am wondering what the best name would be.
So far I came up with:
 * scale
 * scaled
 * scaling_factor

The scaling_factor one would be the most obvious, but is also the
longest one. When used in the C API it makes the most sense, as
as_icon_get_scaled() is misleading, and as_icon_get_scale() might also
be confusing.

Any thoughts on this? (I think it's either scale or scaling_factor,
while I think the latter might be better)
