[AppStream] AppStream 0.11.4 released!

This release contains one important bugfix and one major change: We
now use the Meson buildsystem instead of CMake, which brings us better
gtk-doc and gobject-introspection integration and simplifies the build
process a bit (parts of the AppStream build were very macro-heavy,
Meson is easier to digest).
Please report any issues/regressions you might find!
