[AppStream] AppStream 0.11.0 released!

[Matthias Klumpp]

Not all the planned features for the 0.11 spec update are in, but some
of the most important pieces are there.
Specification improvements include:
 * The launchable tag to refer to .desktop files for launching apps
 * The content_rating tag for age-rating software components like games
 * Real HiDPI support

See the documentation for details, and expect a few more additions to follow.
Apart from these changes, the 0.11 release is a pretty nice bugfix release.
