[AppStream] AppStream Generator 0.6.4 released!

This release contains mostly changes on the build-system (doing away
with shipping pre-generated code, and dropping dub support as that is
not tested and was broken for a while) as well as support for the
latest AppStream release, most notably support for <launchable/>.
