[AppStream] AppStream Generator 0.7.1 released!

Hello!

This is mostly a bugfix release following the 0.7.0 release quickly.
It addresses a large amount of icon-related issues, and fixes the
HiDPI icon generation that was doing the wrong thing for a longer time
already.
Make sure to reprocess your data after updating the generator, to get
all the benefits.
