[AppStream] AppStream 0.12.4 released!

Hello!
I just now released a small AppStream release featuring minor features
and bugfixes just in time to end 2018.
This release also brings a neat new feature to remove components
matching an ID from the metadata pool - support in appstream-generator
for this feature will follow shortly.
