[AppStream] AppStream 0.12.8 released!

Hello!
AppStream 0.12.8 is out now, bringing with it a massive amount of
changes and bugfixes.
Most notably, the validator will now display less verbose validation
messages (but will show more if you pass `--explain` to appstreamcli)
and supports a mode for machine-readable output.
Additionally, new markup is now permitted in description paragraphs,
videos are possible as screenshots and a new `icon-theme` component
type is ready to contain information about icon themes.
Additionally, this version of AppStream will build with older GLib
versions again and fixes a few bugs and potential issues related to
cache handling.
