[AppStream] AppStream 0.14.1 released!

Hi!
Quick release after the last one mainly to fix two issues which are
annoying users and distributors: Resolves build issues with very
recent GLib versions, and doesn#t double-free errors when a client is
trying to load a nonexistent file (as seems to happen with KDE
software).
