[AppStream] AppStream 0.14.6 released!

Hello!
A new AppStream release is out, containing a bunch of cleanups on the
specification, support for source locales, a few new features for
appstream-compose and appstreamcli's news-to-metainfo command, as well
as lots of bugfixes.
Also, the code is now tested continuously on Fedora on our CI as well.
