[AppStream] date_eol for <component>?

Hi all,

What can we do in AppStream XML when the entire component is EOL? e.g.
the developer or entire community has abandoned the project and we
just want to indicate that in the metadata? I think flathub has a
similar problem for runtimes, where the entire runtime is EOL, not
just specific releases of it.

My use case is that I want to convey that the device is no longer
supported by the vendor. It's not really a per-release property, the
situation applies no matter the release the user is running. I
pondered something like <component date_eol="THE_ISO_DATE">
