[AppStream] AppStream 0.16.1 released!

Hi!

This is a bugfix-only release to fix an issue introduced in 0.15.6
which causes any client that uses AppStream via GIR bindings to
eventually crash.

Please update as soon as possible.

   in v0.15.6 that caused any clients using GIR bindings to crash after a while.
