[Authentication] Specification format and location

After some hard day's work I finally got a stylesheet that converts the 
interface xml to docbook and is suitable for xhtml generation using Docbook 
XSL. There are some minor quirks I'm aware of, but I feel like I'm mostly 
done. If you find anything that doesn't work, please tell me.

Apart from that I propose to use the new repository as main repository for the 
spec. Is anyone ok with that?
