[Authentication] Proposal to remove Negotiate, and just use OpenSession

For the sake of API clarity, and a lot less gray areas in
implementations, I'd like to remove Session.Negotiate() and use
Service.OpenSession() for negotiation instead.

Detailed in the attached patch.
