Dear all:

I've been following the secret service discussion for several months now,
but have only been lurking until now.

I've been looking over the proposed specification, and I have encountered
some places where the wording could be improved.  Would you be interested
in applying such changes?  I've attached some sample diffs for Chapters 1-3
of part I.  They do not change the meaning of the spec (except possibly
where I changed "should" to "must" (line 104), which seems to be closer to
the intent).
