[Authentication] Sort order of object paths returned by SearchItems()

The secret service dbus call SearchItems() returns two sets of object
paths for items that match (locked and unlocked items).

Applications often have no way to know which password is 'better'. One
way to help them out is to sort the list by modified date (recent last).

I'd like to suggest we make this change to the spec. Is this something
we should recommend or require?
