[avahi] Avahi dnsconfd (and a bit about running avahi)

Ok, third time's the charm. THIS is THE ONE.  Added the new init script 
to the Makefile.am as well so it gets installed.  Realized it after I 
got to working on my local copy and that it wasn't installing the 
avahi-dnsconfd script.  Again, apologies for the inconveniences.
