[avahi] distcc + avahi

Hi!

This is a patch adding Avahi support to distcc:

     http://0pointer.de/public/distcc-avahi.patch

Applies to distcc HEAD, but apperently to 2.8.13, too.

Requires Avahi 0.6.

This is an updated version of a distcc+HOWL patch i did last
year. Many of the notes I wrote about it then, still apply:

This patch is definitely cooler than the HOWL patch since it deals
with avahi daemon restarts and everything.

I will post this patch on the distcc ML as soon as we release avahi
0.6.
