[avahi] Avahi 0.3 Released

The Avahi team would like to announce the immediate availability of
Avahi 0.3 "Buenos Días"

Avahi is a fully LGPL framework for Multicast DNS Service Discovery.
It allows programs to publish and discover services and hosts
running on a local network with no specific configuration.  For
example you can plug into a network and instantly find printers to
print to, files to look at and people to talk to.

Here is a list of highlights / changes in this release

 * New integration library for QT main-loop applications.
 * Fix a crash in avahi-dnsconfd
 * Documentation Updates
 * Fix building when you don't want Python DBUS or GTK
 * avahi-bookmarks
   - Add new help option
   - Fix handling of paths not starting with a /
   - You can now specify the port and IP to bind to
   - Add option to generate links with hostnames instead of IPs
