[avahi] C implementation of avahi-publish-service

Hi,

As mentioned previously I've got a few devices where Python + DBus +
pygtk is a little too much of a dependency, so I've started a rewrite of
avahi-publish-service in C.  I've attached a work-in-progress draft
which mostly works but still need more error handling.  Would you
consider adding this to avahi, or should I maintain it separately.
