[avahi] xmltoman versus xml2man build problems

Still about the same subject, i do have the package xml2man installed, jowever 
check the output:

checking for doxygen... /usr/bin/doxygen
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for dot... /usr/bin/dot
checking for xmltoman... no
configure: error: *** xmltoman was not found or was disabled, it is required 
to build the manpages as they have not been pre-built, install xmltoman, pass 
--disable-manpages or dont pass --disable-xmltoman
erro: Código de saída inválido do /home/mmodem/rpm/tmp/rpm-tmp.26774 (%build)
