[avahi] 0.6.8 install

I've just built and installed and tested 0.6.8 on SuSE 10.0 and all went
well.

Only one observation, after running "make install" it is necessary to
run ldconfig before the avahi-daemon can be started. I'm not sure if
this need to be mentioned in the installation notes as anyone
experienced in building sotftware from sources will instantly recognise
the problem and solution.
