I'm trying to use http://avahi.org/newticket to report an issue (http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/avahi/2011-January/001970.html), but all I can get from the newticket form is Error: Forbidden TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation This is true even after logging in.
