[avahi] Can't create new ticket

When I go to http://avahi.org/newticket, I get the error "TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation". According to this email thread I need to create a new user and log in: http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/avahi/2011-February/001977.html

I can't find any way on the avahi.org website to create a new user. If it's possible, it's not at all obvious how to do it. Where can I register?
