[avahi] avahi 0.6.31 compatibillity with 2.6.32 Kernel

Hi,

I am having difficulties in running latest released version of Avahi (0.6.31) with a rather older version of Kernel (2.6.32). Can someone please comment on their compatibility?

With above stated versions, I see avahi-daemon being stuck at the start up and stops me to connect to the machine through SSH.
