[avahi] avahi mdns multicast over linux bridge

In my previous mail I asked how to cause a duplicate hostname conflict
on two seperately connected networks. This I got working with the
enable-reflector option.

Since then I realised that it would probably be better to bridge these
networks together. The problem I face now is that Linux bridging does
not forward the multicast 224.0.0.251 announcements, so I'm back to
duplicate hostnames :-(
