[avahi] publish-a-on-ipv6

Hi,

why does publish-a-on-ipv6 default to "no"? Do, and if yes, which
dangers arise if I set this to "yes"? Will a remote avahi-daemon
always simultaneously query for A or AAAA over IPv6 _and_ IPv4?
