[avahi] avahi-qt with Qt5

Hello,

It appears that avahi-qt is not compatible with Qt5. avahi_qt_poll_get() 
succeeds but then calling avahi_client_new() segfaults.  When I build 
with Qt4 there are no issues.  I found the patch below, but I don't see 
it applied to the master branch.  Do you intend to support Qt5?
