[avahi] [PATCH] Added dns_sd feature to support the more coming flag.

The attached patch completes interop with Apple's Bonjour
implementation of DNS-SD. It does so by handling the MORE COMING
flag which is present with all immediate queries and at software
start, when many cross-compatible softwares ask for all services
registered thus far (from Avahi.)

* Added dns_sd feature to support the kDNSServiceFlagsMoreComing
  flag to service_browser_callback(), domain_browser_callback(),
  and query_resolver_callback().
* Reference: merge request GH-18.
