[avahi] Reg: Avahi publishing SRV records

Attached packet capture received on a node(port 5353) in the network from
ip 10.2.196.113(Another node in the network whose publishing PTR record
'NexusFreeNode-181140263382948._cohesity._tcp.local' on avahi.)
This packet capture has both PTR records and SRV records, Couldn't
understand why this node (10.2.196.113) is publishing SRV records of
service running on other nodes.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
