[Beignet] [QA 2013/8/29] Status of Piglit test cases

Pass rate: 83.82% (↓7.41%)

The reduction seems relative to the update of piglit. If I reset the beignet to the older commit, I still got the reduced pass rete.
Comparing with last testing, 275 test cases are added, but 136 cases are failed.

    GBE: disable cl_khr_fp64.

    As the double support is incomplete currently, we disable it.
