    Add the test case for builtin abs_diff() function

Plan:
QA are implementing a 7x24 automated test framework, with functions:
1, Check update of Beignet every 5 minutes.
2, Compile Beignet and run whole test suite (utest+piglit), if new
patches found.
3, Email notification would be sent to the author and commitor when
compiling failure occurs.
4, Check regression issue and bisect there after each test
automatically.
5, Web page report for each compiling & testing.

Now we 75% is done (step 1 to 3, 5). Regression bisect is in the
process.
