[Beignet] [PATCH] Update documents.

We are preparing the next release. And this patch is to keep the document
consistent with our current status. If there is anything mssing or incorrect,
please feel free to point it out.

BTW, from now on, we will officially host our document on fd.o's wiki page
at http://wiki.freedesktop.org/www/Software/Beignet/. Please always make
modification on this repository(docs) and I will synch them to the wiki page.
Don't edit the wiki page manually.
