[Beignet] clang cause llvm compiling failure

Before, I have compiled the LLVM successfully, but while running the utest_run, it reported missing clang.
After installing clang, I found the llvm can't configure successfully.
The config.log is attached.

Need I install package 'clang' to run the test cases? I found installing the 'clang' cause the llvm compiling failure.

Anyone has idea?
