[Beignet] *** SPAM LEVEL 4.053 *** [PATCH 0/2] Add convert_* and long/ulong conversions

This goes on top of my earlier patch generating as_*. It adds support for
the convert_* functions (converting vector types element-wise), and then
adds the long and ulong data types to the conversion matrices.
