[Beignet] random fail bug?

Yes, I also found it fails sometimes, but hard to reproduce again.

hi list,

when i'm running utest_run on the latest commit, one of the following test case fails. it's kind of random..

compiler_function_constant0:
  compiler_function_constant0()    [FAILED]
    Error: ((uint32_t *)buf_data[2])[i] == (value + 15 + i%69)
  at file /home/q/beignet.git/utests/compiler_function_constant0.cpp, function compiler_function_constant0, line 35

and when I try to run it alone, it runs perfectly. anyone has the same issue?
