According to the above statement, this patch should be split to 3 patches.
And clEnqueueMarkerWithWaitList is a opencl-1.2 function, should you submit
the patch
to the opencl-1.2 branch?

The policy is that if this patch is for both master/opencl-1.2 branch, you
don't need to add any tag to the patch subject.
If a patch is for the opencl-1.2 only, please put the [opencl-1.2] at the
patch subject.
