[Beignet] Libdir

/usr/lib64 is dead and should never be used.

In principle, it would be good to install to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu,
but that is actually the problem of distribution maintainers, rather
than something packages should do on their own.

Another unsolved issue is concurrent installation of 32 and 64 bit
libraries as OpenCL ICDs.
