Beignet 0.9.2 (2014-07-17)

Beignet 0.9.2 has been released. It's a bug fix release. In this release
we fix the following issues in the previous version.
1. Added some missing Haswell PCI IDs to the support list. Thanks Matthias
   reporting this issue.
2. Changed to use llvm binary rather than Gen binary for those internal
   builtin kernels. It makes beignet package friendly for distribution.
   Thanks Christian and Yichao reporting this issue.
3. Fixed one subtle bug in event handling which may cause some events never
   been handled and may lead to memory leak eventually.
4. Fixed one bug mainly for the non-X environment.
