[Beignet] Compiling Beignet problems

Looks like you need llvm 3.3, *not* 3.5 to compile. (Thanks! :) ) Also, all
the unit tests fail on the 5200, so I can verify no support there.

What time frame would I might see 5200 support? next month? end of year?
next year?

Trying to come up with a game plan internally :)
