[Beignet] I met heavy memory leaks while using beignet library.

My cpu is I5-3230M, I compiled Beignet 0.9.3 and get 1 fail in utest.

When I use CPU for opencl computation, the memory allocated is no more than
150M.
However when using Gen OCL driver, memory consumption increase with
repeatly running of the kernel until reaching 500M and I get:
    Beignet-0.9.3-Source/src/intel/intel_gpgpu.c:663: Cannot allocate
memory.


I dont know whether Intel Inspector helps:
