[Beignet] Memory for beignet and memory for internal video card

No. They are not in eaxctly the same memory area.
The memory of cl_buffer or cl_image created by beignet are in the same memory area as the system
memory which could be accessed/addressed by CPU directly and don't need to go through any IO bus.
