[Beignet] Haswell-ULT Support?

Not sure whether it's helpful. We need to do some experiments on HSW with latest kernel.
Mengmeng, could you help to test Release_v1.0 branch with 4.0.0-rc6 kernel? Maybe bisect
on beignet side to find out the first bad commit?
